File Creation

The links listed in "Creating a File" (below) correspond to the tabs of the Files Module and will take drafters step by step through the file creation and tracking process by highlighting and explaining each field that will need to be completed. These guides are specific to Whatcom County.
Updated 11/16/2018 (Attachment Naming Conventions) - new guidelines for naming attachments
Updated 11/14/2018 (File Title Templates) - New title template for contract amendments
                                  (Attachments) - Added note to upload attachments separately as opposed to one combined attachment
Updated 11/5/2018 (Title and Summary) - Removed the Staff Memo from the template. It should now be an attachment.
