Bellingham Bay, Portage Bay, and South Whatcom Closed to Shellfish Harvest

BELLINGHAM—Diarrhetic Shellfish Poisoning (DSP) biotoxin levels have recently increased in Bellingham Bay and now exceed the limit for safe harvest.
