The election precincts for the unincorporated areas of Whatcom County shall be designated as follows:Beginning at the point in Sec 33, T 41N, R 3W, where the international boundary line intersects the meander line at the west side of Georgia Strait; then southerly and easterly along the meander line and continuing northerly along the meander line of the west side of Boundary Bay to its intersection with the international boundary line in Sec 35, T 41N, R 3W; then west approximately 2 1/2 miles to the point of beginning. Precinct 102 (Description error) Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Harborview Road and the shoreline of Birch Bay; then westerly and northerly along said shoreline to it’s intersection with the city limits of Blaine City; then easterly along said city limits to it’s intersection with the shoreline of Drayton Harbor; then along said shoreline to it’s intersection with the centerline of Harborview Road; then south along said centerline to the point of beginning.
