Whatcom County District
Court is pleased to offer evening court sessions as a way to better
serve the citizens of Whatcom County and Washington State.
We are offering the option of bi-monthly evening court sessions
for civil small claims, traffic mitigations, and contested infractions.

Office Hours:
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. The office is closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month for staff meetings.
