Whatcom County District
Court is pleased to offer an Online Infraction Program as a way to better
serve the citizens of Whatcom County and Washington State.
We offer the option of online traffic mitigations and online deferred finding requests. If you are interested in learning more about the Online Infraction Program, please
click on the tab to the left.
Effective January 2, 2012, District Court imposed an ex parte fee of $15.00. Click here for more information regarding Ex Parte Fees.
