such as a court form, and are provided in other formats for downloading

Many files on the Whatcom County website are provided in Adobe®Acrobat
portable document format (.pdf). To access these files, you must have the
Adobe®Acrobat® Reader installed on your computer, available
free from Adobe, click here.
The newest version of the free reader, Version 7, comes in two formats. A basic reader which is very fast and a "full" version that is somewhat slower. For most users the basic version will do everything you need. Older operating systems such as Windows ME and 98 will need to download Version 6.01.
