Proposed Amendments
This page will provide links to the most current draft of proposed amendments being considered by the Planning Commission. The purpose of these proposed amendments is to respond to the Growth Management Hearings Board's January 9, 2012 Final Decision and Order, which found portions of the changes adopted in 2011 to be out of compliance with the GMA. The issues of the order are summarized in PDS staff's January 19, 2012 memorandum.

May 15, 2012 Staff Report on the May 11 draft
This draft of the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Code, and zoning map amendments reflects the direction given by the Planning Commission during the work sessions following the March 22 public hearing. Comments in the right hand margins note changes that were made per Planning Commission direction. Yellow highlighting indicates sections that differ from the May 1, 2012 draft.
