Shoshana Paige

Shoshana Paige is a Senior Deputy Public Defender and the juvenile court supervisor. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, with honors, in 1999. After graduation, she practiced civil litigation and white collar criminal defense at a large law firm for two years before joining the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office in 2001. She joined the Whatcom County Public Defender in July 2006. In addition to supervising juvenile court, she also currently handles a number of adult felony cases.

Shoshana has extensive experience representing juveniles and adults charged with misdemeanors and felonies, including sex offenses and homicides. She has tried numerous cases to juries in both Dallas and Whatcom counties. She also has experience in representing individuals in mental health civil commitment proceedings, At-Risk-Youth and Child in Need of Services proceedings, and truancy contempt hearings.
