Meetings are held in a hybrid format with options for in person or remote viewing and participation, unless otherwise noted on the Legislative Information Center.
Hybrid meetings can be attended in person at the Council Chambers located at 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, or virtually via the Zoom platform or phone. Zoom links and call in information can be found on the Participate in Hybrid Council page.
Community members who require special assistance to participate in our meetings are asked to contact our office at least 96 hours in advance.
As a courtesy to all meeting attendees, cellular phone use is prohibited in the council chambers.
Accessible parking is available near the Courthouse south entrance.
