Courthouse Fire Alarm & Juvenile Roof

Project Background

There are several roofs over the Juvenile Detention area. This project is for the replacement of the smaller roof above Juvenile cell blocks. This roof is 22 years old and has a history of leaks. The torch down roof will be replaced with an energy efficient TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roof, the very small increase in the insulation for this roof will reduce the HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) cost by less than 1/2%.
