Parents train as club leaders and become one of the best prevention tools in their community by creating safe and meaningful clubs and opportunities for local youth.

Teens plan service projects aimed at improving the quality of life where they live, they model and teach to the younger 4-H club members alongside the adult leaders and they create friendships of value to scaffold their journey into adulthood.

Young members are encouraged to build confidence with public speaking about things they care about, and they learn early that success is about making goals and aspiring to meet them.

When you look closely at 4-H you see the future being shaped today.
