Project Update for October 29, 2018

Whatcom County and Razz Construction are pleased to announce that Hannegan Road at Ten Mile Creek will be opened to traffic Tuesday morning, October 30. Due to recent favorable weather and aggressive scheduling by Razz Construction the final project elements were completed sooner than expected. There will be some intermittent flagged one lane closures over the next couple of weeks as final project details are wrapped up.

As part of the road opening the detour signs on both the local detour and truck route will be removed. As a reminder this will include the removal of the temporary stop signs installed on Noon Road at both the Ten Mile Road and Central Road intersections.

We would like to thank everyone again for your patience as we worked to complete this project. And a special thanks to Razz Construction crews for working diligently to complete this work ahead of schedule allowing for an early opening of Hannegan Road.
