How to Request a Sheriff's Office Record

• Fill out the online Public Records Request Form.  
• Visit the Sheriff's Office in person at 311 Grand Ave. in Bellingham and fill out a form.
• Email [email protected] with your request.
• Visit this page for information regarding the costs of records.

Request for Sheriff's Office records must include

• Name, address and contact information for the requestor.
• Case/Report number or a detailed description of the records with adequate information to locate the records.
• Date of the request.
