    Every year the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation ranks every county in the nation based on how they compare to others within the same state. The recently released 2023 County Health Rankings ranked Whatcom County 11th out of the 39 counties in WA State. Learn more

  2. Veterinary Tranquilizer Xylazine Linked to a Growing Number of Overdose Deaths

    The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a public safety alert warning about the dangers of Xylazine. Other Washington counties are seeing this drug in their communities, and we think xylazine is likely in our community or will be here soon. Learn more
