COVID-19 Data

Last updated: July 27, 2021, 11:29 a.m.

This dashboard is updated daily between approximately 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. During this time, it will be unavailable for about one hour while updates are integrated.

State COVID-19 Data Dashboard

This interactive dashboard is provided by the Washington State Department of Health. DOH no longer provides a county-specific dashboard. To look at Whatcom County data, please select Whatcom County in the left-hand column (when using a desktop computer) or from the dropdown county menu (when using a mobile device).

July 27, 2021: On July 28, 2021, DOH will add new testing and healthcare system readiness trend data to the dashboard. These enhancements will include adding antigen tests to the testing tab (currently the testing tab only includes molecular tests); adding percent positivity and testing rate to the testing tab; and adding percent hospital occupancy and percent ICU occupancy by COVID-19 patients to the healthcare system readiness tab.

Whatcom County COVID-19 Data Dashboard: Additional Data

This dashboard is updated each Tuesday between approximately 10:00 a.m. and noon with data that is current through the previous Saturday. The dashboard has information about case rates, case counts, and vaccination rates in sub-county areas, as well as overall county data on race and ethnicity cases and vaccination rates.

Additional data for the North Region of Washington on COVID-19 illness and death by race, ethnicity, and language is available in the COVID-19 Morbidity and Mortality by Race, Ethnicity and Spoken Language in Washington State (PDF). This report is published every two weeks.

Whatcom County Vaccination Data: Age Groups, Gender

DOH has now included race and ethnicity data at the county level in their dashboard. It can be found under the Vaccination tab, under the "Who is getting vaccinated" sub-tab. They expect to update this information every two weeks.

WCHD is now able to include vaccination by age groups as part of our local dashboard. This information is now on the "Percentage of Vaccine Initiation by Age" slide.
