E. Hemmi Road Flood Mitigation

E. Hemmi Road Detour
  • This project was completed on Sept. 21, 2021. Thanks for your patience during this road closure!

Summary

This project will raise about 1,100 feet of E. Hemmi Road that is prone to flooding and replace a five-foot diameter culvert at Ten-Mile Creek with a 16.75-foot span aluminum plate culvert to allow water to flow more easily beneath the road.

Traffic Impacts

E. Hemmi Road will be closed at the project location starting on July 14 and continue into September. A signed detour will be in place during the closure on Ten Mile Road, Noon Road, and Hannegan Road.
