Paperless Change of Value Notices

The Assessor’s Office now offers paperless electronic change of value notices. Going paperless can save time and help the environment. In addition, it also reduces postage costs for the Assessor’s Office. Signing up is quick, easy, and free to go paperless on your next notice.

How to Get Started

On your valuation change notice there will be an authorization code on the upper right side. It will look similar to the example below:

Next, navigate to the eNoticesOnline website located here:

On top right side of the eNoticesOnline website click on the link to "Register".

Then fill in the account registration with the required information including the authorization code you received on your change of value notice.

Already Registered?

If you have already registered to receive e-notices then when a new valuation change notice is prepared by our office you will receive an email to the email address that is listed when you initially registered. To view the notice, you will need to login to your account on the eNoticesOnline website.

First, you’ll want to navigate to the eNoticesOnline website here:

Then, click the “Login” button near the top right of the webpage.

Enter in your login details. If you are not able to remember your login details you can use the “Forgot your password?” link.

Once you have logged in you can then click click on the "View Documents" button on the dashboard page.

This will allow you to view any documents associated with your account. To view your change of value notices you can click on the "Whatcom WA Assessor" link. Then, click on the year of the notice you would like to view. From there you can click on the download or preview buttons to download or view the notice.
