The Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) was established to guide the development of the Justice Project (public health, safety and justice facility needs assessment). SAC members were appointed to act as liaisons to the communities or agencies they represent. Committee members shared information, brought feedback to the SAC meetings, and worked to build a plan reflective of community values. SAC members endeavored to develop community support for the recommendations in the Needs Assessment through engaging the communities and agencies they represent.
