Behavioral Health Committee
The Behavioral Health Committee is to develop recommendations for new, or enhancement of existing, programs designed along a continuum that effectively reduces incarceration of individuals struggling with mental illness and chemical dependency. Learn more or attend an upcoming committee meeting.
Legal and Justice Systems Committee

Pretrial Process Work Group
The Pretrial Processes Workgroup is a subgroup of the Legal and Justice Committee focused on developing a pretrial release assessment tool and monitoring unit for Superior Court. Participants include representatives from Superior and District Courts, the Prosecutor's Office, the Public Defender's Office, the small Cities, and members of the Incarceration Prevention and Reduction Task Force. Crisis Stabilization Facility Committee
The purpose of the Crisis Stabilization Facility Committee is to make recommendations to the Task Force regarding the construction and operation of the Anne Deacon Center for Hope to assist with jail and hospital diversion of individuals struggling with mental illness and/or chemical dependency.
