Pretrial Services

Mission:

Pretrial Services provides Judicial Officers with impartial screening through the use of the Public Safety Assessment to promote fairness and equity in release decisions made by the Court.  Our goal is to provide defendants appropriate supervision and community resources necessary to minimize pretrial detention, maximize court appearances, and reduce failure to appear rates.

Pretrial Services:

Pretrial Services provides monitoring through scheduled office and telephonic appointments.  We provide clients with text message, email, and phone calls to remind them of court appointments and upcoming court appearances.
