In the next few years, Whatcom County Public Works plans to replace the Jackson Road Bridge over Terrell Creek in Birch Bay. The project is in the planning phase; a size, type, and location analysis are underway. This meeting will start with an overview and general information about the project, followed by topical discussions with attendees.
