The Whatcom County Public Works Department will close North Pass Road between Telegraph Road and Minaker Road beginning Monday, September 17th at 7:00 am and ending on Friday, September 28th at 5:00 pm for a culvert repair project. This closure will be in effect 24-hours each day for the duration of the project. As this project is weather dependent, the closure dates and/or times are subject to change.
This closure is in effect for ALL TRAFFIC, including emergency vehicles and school buses. Detour routes will be in place throughout the road closure.
