[ARCHIVED] UPDATE ON SEWAGE REPAIR TIMELINE FOR LAKE WHATCOM BOULEVARD (2500 BLOCK)

UPDATE ON SEWAGE REPAIR TIMELINE FOR LAKE WHATCOM BOULEVARD (2500 BLOCK)
WCHD is continuing to work with the property owner where the leak occurred, and repairs are expected to occur on Monday. Residents in the 2400 and 2500 blocks of Lake Whatcom Boulevard who draw drinking water directly from the lake should continue to use bottled water or bring water to a rolling boil for one full minute before consuming. This does not affect customers whose water is supplied by Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District or the City of Bellingham. WCHD will post additional information when repairs are complete.
