[ARCHIVED] Primary Election Ballots Will Be Mailed July 15

Ballots for the August 4 Primary Election will be mailed on Wednesday, July 15. Not all Whatcom County voters will have a Primary because only certain districts are on the ballot.

The districts and precincts that will have a Primary Election are County Council District 1, City of Ferndale, Port of Bellingham District 3, Bellingham School District 501, Blaine School District 503, and Whatcom County Fire Protection District 16; precincts 101-108, 110-127, 129-138, 157, 159-183, 201-268, 301-304, and 501-509.

Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day or deposited in an official ballot drop box by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. Voters are encouraged to return their ballots early.

If you don’t receive your ballot by Friday, July 24, please contact the Election Division of the County Auditor’s Office, at (360) 676-6742, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
