[ARCHIVED] Whatcom County, City of Bellingham Coordinating Winter Homeless Shelters

Whatcom County and the City of Bellingham are coordinating with local organizations to ensure shelter services for people experiencing homelessness are available this winter. Several new resources will be available in addition to year-round shelters.
