A Logic & Accuracy Test of the 400C optical scan ballot readers for the recount of the Bellingham School District Director Position 2 race from the Primary Election is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, at 3:00 p.m. Please check in at the Election Division of the Whatcom County Auditor’s Office, 311 Grand Ave., Suite 103, Bellingham, approximately 15 minutes prior to the test. This is a test of the election programming and counting equipment.
