Decision: While many comments were made regarding intentions of this challenge being brought, I want to confirm that I do not find that information relevant. What is of merit is whether the challenger has submitted enough information to convince the arbiter (me) that Ms. Anderson is not living or spending some time in both residences that she admits owning. While I have to admit what the challenger has presented may be compelling, I don’t think it meets the standard of clear and convincing enough to allow me to decide in his favor. The voter registration will remain listing the Sante Fe Trail address as Ms. Anderson’s residence and the Mt. Baker Highway address as her mailing address. The challenge is dismissed.
