[ARCHIVED] Whatcom Unified Command moves to expand isolation, quarantine capacity

With work currently underway to activate an isolation and quarantine facility in Bellingham, Whatcom Unified Command (WUC) is securing isolation and quarantine facilities in other cities throughout Whatcom County.
