[ARCHIVED] Limited In-Office Services Available by Appointment

In order to protect both citizens and the staff, appointments will be limited to reduce the number of people in the office.  Further protections include required face masks for all individuals in the courthouse, public and staff, plexiglass at all the customer service counters, floor markings for 6 foot social distancing and hand sanitizer available at the door to each office.

The Assessor’s Office will be scheduling appointments between 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for the following services: senior citizen and disabled person tax relief applications and renewals, personal property support, open space and designated forest land program assistance, mapping review and support.  Appointments may be made by calling 360-778-5050 or emailing [email protected].

Available appointment times may vary and will depend on the in-office schedule of staff members. All other services may still be conducted online, by phone, or by mail.  The public is encouraged to utilize these methods of transacting business whenever possible.
