[ARCHIVED] Lummi Island Chip Seal Road Work Notification

Whatcom County has scheduled chip sealing on Lummi Island beginning Tuesday, July 7 and continuing through Thursday, July 9 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This project includes all paved county roads and will begin in the Hales Passage / Seacrest Drive areas.

Please use alternate routes when possible as long delays should be expected. Please relocate any vehicles parked along the above listed roads that are in the right-of-way before 6:00 am on all days when chip sealing is scheduled.

This work is weather dependent and is subject to change. Please contact the Maintenance and Operations division at 360-778-6400 if you have any questions regarding this work.
