Our local care providers work hard for our safety, from managing their daily duties to keeping up with the rapid influx of new information received daily. To support this critical work, the Whatcom County Health Department launched a new website tailored for local healthcare and childcare providers.

The Provider Resources website is designed with the special needs of health, child, and school care providers in mind. There you can find tools such as:

• infection control guidelines, 
• the latest health advisories and alerts, 
• condition-specific information, 
• home-care instructions, and more!

The page’s user-friendly design means that you can quickly find what you are looking for, whether it’s a reporting form or a built-in translation tool that can translate the website content into 18 different languages. The new site is also mobile-friendly, so information can be accessed easily whenever, and wherever it’s needed.

To access Provider Resources, go to providers.whatcomcounty.org or navigate from the Whatcom County Health Department’s home page. Once there, you can watch a short video demonstrating how to navigate the new site’s organization.
