Pavement striping operations are scheduled Wednesday, August 5, on Lake Whatcom Boulevard and Lake Louise Road. Lake Whatcom Boulevard work will begin at 9am and Lake Louise Road work will start at approximately 11am. 

Only local residents will be allowed through during project work. Whatcom County Sheriff’s Deputies will be on site to assist with traffic control. 

• Lake Whatcom Blvd from Cable St to Lake Louise Rd beginning at 9am.
• Lake Louise Rd from Austin St to Lake Whatcom Blvd beginning at approximately 11am.

Please use alternate routes when possible and expect long delays on affected roadways. 

This work is weather dependent and is subject to change.
