Ballots for the February 9 Special Election are being mailed today. Voters will also receive an abbreviated version of the local voters’ pamphlet in the envelope with their ballot. All Whatcom County School Districts and Fire Protection District 8 will have issues on the ballot, County Auditor Debbie Adelstein said.
