The Hertz Trail at Lake Whatcom Park is now open. The Hertz Trail was closed last week around the 1.25-mile marker due to an active slide. Slide activity has s and Whatcom County Parks crews have completed clearing the slide materials from the trail. The trail is now fully open and unrestricted.
