Public Works - Lummi Island Ferry and Roadways

[ARCHIVED] Remaining 2021 ferry punch card sale dates announced

The remaining Whatcom County Ferry Division monthly punch card sales dates for 2021 are:

  • Wednesday, October 20 - the same day as a scheduled outage.
  • Wednesday, November 10
  • Wednesday, December 8
  • Wednesday, December 22

All punch card sales are from 5:20 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. at the ferry office, located at the island-side ferry terminal. All types of ferry punch cards will be sold, including those for current needs-based customers. Payments may be made by check, US money order, or credit card. No cash accepted.

COVID-19

This event will follow all COVID-19 safety protocols and guidance provided by the Washington State Department of Health. Masks are required in public indoor settings, regardless of vaccination status. More information on mask requirements and exemptions is on the Whatcom County Health Department masks and face coverings webpage.

The Public Works administration office is open to the public by appointment only. Islanders should not make unscheduled visits to the Civic Center for ferry tickets. Please continue to buy tickets at monthly punch card sales, online, or via email. If you must interact with an employee in person, please call 360-778-6200 to schedule an appointment.
