The Whatcom County Auditor’s Office will join with other election officials across Washington State to celebrate National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, September 28. The overall goal of National Voter Registration Day is to get people registered to vote and to update voter registrations to ensure delivery of their ballot. During the August Primary Election there were over 2,000 undeliverable ballots.

Everyone is invited to join the Election Division of the Auditor’s Office for the National Voter Registration Day! Election staff will be available to assist citizens 16 years of age or older in getting registered or updating their registration. Staff will be present in the Whatcom County Courthouse Rotunda located at 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, WA from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Tuesday September 28.
