[ARCHIVED] Whatcom Chief's engine issues prompt return to passenger ferry service for Lummi Island

The Whatcom Chief will be out of service for at least 24 hours for maintenance in Bellingham. The passenger ferry and docks are being brought into service during this time. The passenger ferry should be operating by 8pm tonight, 10/28.
