[ARCHIVED] Chip Seal road work scheduled for the week of July 25, 2022

Whatcom County has scheduled the following roads for chip sealing from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. starting Monday, July 25th, and continuing through Thursday, July 29th.

 

  • Abbott rd
  • Deeter rd
  • Holtz rd
  • Lankharr rd
  • Mecklem rd
  • Minaker rd
  • Nolte rd
  • Noon rd (N of Van Dyk)
  • Nordum rd
  • North Pass rd
  • Polinder rd
  • Sealund rd
  • South Pass rd (W of SR 547)
  • Thiel rd
  • Van Dyk (E of Hannegan)

 

Please use alternate routes whenever possible and expect long delays when work is in progress. Please relocate any vehicles parked along the above listed roads that are in the right-of-way before 6:00 am on all days when chip sealing is scheduled.

 This work is weather dependent and is subject to change. That means roads may be chip sealed that are not in the list above, or roads on the list may not be completed within the date range referenced.
