Puget Sound Energy will be replacing the transformer at the top of the Lummi Island dock after the Whatcom Chief’s last run on Thursday, September 29, 2022. This work will not affect ferry runs as it will occur overnight when the ferry is not in service. The transformer replacement is expected to be completed prior to the first scheduled run on Friday, September 30.
