There will be two voters' pamphlets mailed to all residences in Whatcom County. One pamphlet will contain information for Federal and State level candidates and ballot measures, the second will be for Whatcom County candidates and ballot measures.

The Whatcom County local voters’ pamphlet was mailed to all residences in Whatcom County on October 17 and contains information about Whatcom County candidates and ballot measures. A separate Washington State voters’ pamphlet was mailed by the Washington Secretary of State’s Office and contains information on Federal and State level candidates and ballot measures.
