County Council Seeks Applicants to Fill Vacancy on Laurel Watershed Improvement District (Irrigation District)

BELLINGHAM, Washington, January 25, 2023 - The Whatcom County Council seeks applicants to fill a vacancy on the Laurel Watershed Improvement District (WID) Board of Directors. Applicants must be residents of Whatcom County and hold title or evidence of title to land within the district. The Laurel WID is located in the central lowland area of Whatcom County, adjacent to the main Nooksack River.  More information about the Laurel WID can be found at laurelwid.com or by contacting the District at (360) 354-1337.

 

Complete an application, or an application can be mailed or emailed upon request at 360-778-5010 or [email protected]. Applications must be submitted to the Whatcom County Council Office by 4:00 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2023.
