Inland Weather
Cool, wet weather is expected to continue through the beginning of the work week. Light rain showers are expected to develop through Monday morning. Western portions of the county should see this rain end by early Monday afternoon, while foothill areas to the east may see the occasional drizzle during the afternoon and overnight hours. Temperature high of 60, low of 48, with winds S-SW 6-8 mph. All areas will see another opportunity for drizzle after midnight. While there is still uncertainty surrounding the exact placement of this moisture, it appears that a wave of light, steady rain will arrive mid-Tuesday morning an continue through the first half of the afternoon. High of 61, low of 48 with winds S-SW 5-7 mph. Conditions look to reman dry through the rest of the work week and the upcoming weekend as a stable pattern takes hold of the region. Temperatures will warm up from Wednesday through the second half of the week, with the warmest temperatures likely occurring on Friday and Saturday. There is still uncertainty surrounding how warm temperatures will get, but afternoon highs in the low 80's is possible.

Warm Air, but Still Cold Waters
Although we are getting some warming temperatures with some nicer days, rivers and lakes are still quite cold and could be dangerous. Even on hot summer-like days in the spring, the waters can be cold enough to cause cold water shock until they have had time to warm after multiple warm days.
