The Board of Department of Natural Resources (DNR) passed a resolution amending WAC 332-150-030 increasing their surcharge fee from $64 to $100. The fee applies when recording Surveys, Plats, Short Plats, Condominiums, and Lot Line Adjustments.  

Effective July 1st, the fee to record a one-page map will be $323.50. The fee to record a one-page Lot Line Adjustment (8 ½” x 14” or less) will be $303.50. A complete list of recording fees is posted on our website at:  http://www.co.whatcom.wa.us/1864/Recording-Fees
