The *seasonal closure in Lake Whatcom, Samish & Padden watersheds begins October 1, 2016. It is prohibited to issue permits within two weeks of the seasonal closure per WCC 20.51.410 (3) & 20.80.735(2) therefore no permits will be issued after Sept. 16th.
