Our partners at the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) have reopened Mount Baker Highway/State Route 542 between Britton & Noon Roads. This area has been closed since June 5 for fish passage work. 

With the highway's opening, project-related detours and local road closures are no longer in effect. According to WSDOT, drivers should expect single-lane closures near the project site for stream work, landscaping, and finishing touches starting Tuesday, October 3. They anticipate project completion in November.
