Whatcom County Public Works will close Bender Road between Pangborn and Visser Roads for a culvert installation project. Work will begin at approximately 8:00 am on Wednesday, September 27th and run through approximately 4:00 pm on Friday, September 29th. As this work is weather dependent, the dates and times of this closure are subject to change.
