Monday, January 15, is the last day to register to vote or change your address if you want to vote in the February Special Election. Bellingham School District voters will be asked to approve a $155,000,000 general obligation bond and Mount Baker School District voters will be asked to approve a facilities and technology levy.
If you have a Washington State Driver License or a Washington State I.D. card, the quickest way to register or change your address is by going online at www.myvote.wa.gov, County Auditor Debbie Adelstein said. Citizens can opt to mail a paper registration form to register or update their address or they can stop in to the Auditor’s Office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Persons not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register in person at the County Auditor’s Office through Monday, February 5.
