Whatcom County Planning & Development Services (PDS) has updated four permit applications recently.  Our goal is to ease the understanding and completion of permit applications.  There will more applications updated this year.

The updated permit applications are:

Shoreline Conditional Use Application (SHC)

Shoreline Exemption Application (SHX)

Shoreline Substantial Application (SHR)

Shoreline Variance Application (SHV)

Tree Removal Permit Application
