[ARCHIVED] Register to Vote or Change Your Address by March 26

Monday, March 26, is the last day to register to vote or change your address if you want to vote in the April 24 Special Election.  Blaine School District will be placing a technology and capital projects levy on the ballot.

If you have a Washington State Driver License or a Washington State I.D. card, the quickest way to register or change your address is by going online at, County Auditor Debbie Adelstein said.  Citizens can choose to mail a paper registration form to register or update their address or they can stop in at the Auditor’s Office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.  

Persons not registered to vote in the State of Washington may register in person at the County Auditor’s Office through Monday, April 16.

Registration forms, election ballots, voting assistance for elderly or disabled persons, and other election and voter registration information are available at the Whatcom County Auditor’s Office, 311 Grand Ave., Suite 103, Bellingham.  Voters may also call the Election Division of the Auditor’s Office at (360) 778-5102.  We accept relay calls.
