03/26/20 FERRY Modified Schedule Effective during the COVID19 Pandemic
Following Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-25 imposing a Stay-at-Home Order and in an effort to minimize risk and maximum response to COVID19, we are implementing a special modified sailing schedule.
Following Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-25 imposing a Shelter-in-Place Order and in an effort to minimize risk and maximum response to COVID19, we are implementing the following changes to the Lummi Island Ferry’s operations.
We are still collecting ferry fares. In an effort to maintain social distancing we are implementing the following procedures.
MODIFIED DRY DOCK FERRY SCHEDULE Effective during the COVID19 Pandemic ONLY
The L.I. Ferry is seeing declining ridership due to the COVID19 virus. Beginning Monday, March 23, 2020 the ferry we will be moving to the Dry Dock schedule. The Dry Dock schedule reduces a.m. runs from 21 to 15 and reduces the p.m. runs from 18 to 14.
The next three Lummi Island punch card sales dates are:
April 1, 2020
May 6, 2020
June 3, 2020
Punch card sales will be 11:50am -- 2:50pm at the Lummi Island ferry office. Please note that we have slightly changed the punch card selling hours.
